Every San Franciscan has an opinion about which neighborhood gets the most sun, and almost nobody has evidence. This resolves years of satellite cloud observations onto a map you can pan around and settle the argument with. Early form: the ambition is a long-form scrolling piece in the spirit of The Pudding, with the data driving the story rather than sitting beside it.
